In anticipation of our upcoming trip to Taipei, Taiwan, we decided to start a joint blog! What better way to kick off a vacation than forcing a new project upon ourselves, right?
Now if there is an opportunity for me to be super anal about planning something, you bet your ass I’m already on it. I hate wasting time. And I’ll be damned if I spend a couple thousies and travel 16,000 miles just to waste time on a different continent.
Solution: I created a daily itinerary that accounts for every waking hour of the six days we’re going to be spending in Taipei. Am I crazy? PERHAPS. News flash, this isn’t a vacation. This is The Amazing Race: Personal Edition.
Without further ado, behold my beautiful award-winning itinerary:
I actually don’t even know if this is logistically possible. (nervous laugh)
The itinerary is color-coded and cross-referenced with an alphabetized list of touristy things to do and a map of their respective locations. Told you I don’t fuck around.
Key: (green) touristy, (red) shopping, (yellow) night market, (purple) food, (blue) nightlife, (orange) outside Taipei
I pored over literally dozens of blogs to compile this information so shout out to all the Singaporean bloggers who wrote extensive travelogues on their trips to Taipei. Y’all the MVP.
